I got to know Pando a bit better after I moved to the barrio in 2017. Part of the well-known local San Eloy Group, it’s quite spacious inside, and pleasant in a neutral kind of way, with a main dining area, a kind of indoor/outdoor “terrace” as you enter, and a small patio at the back.
Well-located for stopping in for a bite while out shopping it’s a step up from a “no frills” spot, with good food and friendly service. There are only a few tapas these days as they are leaning more towards the larger raciones. Open for breakfast and lunch during the week, and also dinner at the weekends. A nice neighbourhood restaurant.
